Metal Play Structure Technical Specifications. Posts are made from 5 O.D. Allied Tubing, galvanized with triple-coat corrosion protection. Paint is electrostatically applied oven-cured polyester dry powder paint. Post caps are impact resistant injection molded polyethylene. Cross bars are FloCoat® galvanized with cross hatching for better grip. Clamps are fabricated from 6061TS-Aluminum with a plate roll pin to prevent slippage. Decks are 12 gauge punched steel with an oven-cured plastisol coating. Hardware is tamper resistant stainless steel.
