These lovely homes arrive at your doorstep, already assembled and ready to move into! All your children need to add is their imagination, which will turn their new house into a home! Our pre-built playhouses are available in a variety of styles including our standard Victorian playhouse with gingerbread trim, our popular Cape Cod model, and our Firehouse & Victorian Mansion designs.
D-I-Y PLAYHOUSE KITS Our do-it-yourself playhouse kits are perfect for the DIY handyman! In addition to saving on your shipping costs (compared to a pre-built playhouse), our pre-cut, unpainted, pre-primed, ready-to-assemble kits make it easy to build a memory for your child that will last a lifetime!
Assembly time will take 2 adults approximately 4-8 hours, depending on the size of the playhouse and skill level. With the exception of the roof, the kit comes with alphabetized panels which are easily assembled in alphabetical order. All you need to do is fasten the panels with screws! Your kit will also come with a complete assembly manual to assist you! What could be easier!
SHIPPING INFO When your playhouse is delivered, you will need two (2) able individuals to help unload it piece by piece. The heaviest pieces are roughly 40 pounds. If you would rather have the pallet delivered intact, you can opt for lift gate service for only an additional $100. Please contact us if you have further questions.

ITEMS NEEDED TO ASSEMBLE YOUR D-I-Y PLAYHOUSE KIT When you purchase one of our Do-It-Yourself playhouse kits, you will receive all the hardware needed for assembly. The only thing you need to purchase are roof shingles and drip edge. If you purchase a floor kit for your house, it will come treated and ready to place on the ground.
We will also supply you with instructions on how to find our online manual. The manual includes approximately 120 color pictures with step-by-step instructions. What could be easier
